Sharp learned to play the clarinet, piano, and cello in the Hochstein School of Music in Rochester. The passion she had for theatre in school led her to apply to The Boston Conservatory, where she received a scholarship. The Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp upon her graduation. Sharp's primary focus was on the stage. Sharp was a part of the Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp made her debut Off Broadway in Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. Sharp also played 8 roles in the comedy interactive Eat the Runt. Sharp has also been seen in Abyssinia and Aida. Some of her other roles included: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. Sharp, who has worked on screen as well as the stage, is also involved in a variety of original projects. She sings as often as she can, and has a full-length album currently in the process of being recorded. When she isn't working in the front cameras, or recording in the studio the music of her choice, Sharp has a love for fitness, and is always in the gym and studies Krav Maga.. She likes piano as well along with hiking, and taking long journeys. Sharp lives in Los Angeles.
