Lis Wiehl (born August 19, 1961) is an American author, and former legal analyst for Fox News.
She is adjunct professor of Law at New York Law School. In the past, she was an associate professor of Law University of Washington Law School. She has offered legal commentary on the National Public Radio program and on Bill O'Reilly's radio program, The Radio Factor. She appears weekly in The O'Reilly Factor. Wiehl was a graduate of West Valley High School, Yakima. Her birthplace was in Yakima. She graduated from Barnard College with a Bachelor's degree at the age of 33 in. In 1985, she was awarded her master of Arts degree in Literature from the University of Queensland. And in 1987, she received a Juris Doctorate from Harvard Law School.
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor at the US Attorney's Office. She worked as an NPR legal correspondent. She was "the deputy chief investigative counsel for Democrats in the House Judiciary Committee during Clinton's impeachment." She served as an associate professor of law with an appointment at the University of Washington School of Law Seattle between 1995 and 2001. Between 2001 and the year 2017 Wiehl worked as an attorney analyst at Fox News.
